Update to the Latest Version of our Apps
In our continued effort to enhance your DIRTVision viewing experience, we have made updates to DIRTVision.com and all of the DIRTVision apps. Please follow the instructions below, to update your apps.
iPhone
- Open App Store
- Click your account icon in upper right corner
- Scroll down to DIRTVision app
- Click Update
Apple Device
- Open App Store
- Click your account icon in upper right corner
- Scroll down to DIRTVision app
- Click Update
AppleTV
- Go to App Store
- Search for DIRTVision App
- Click the Update button
Android Device
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap the profile icon in the top right
- Tap Manage apps & devices
- Tap Updates available
- Tap Update next to the DIRTVision app or Update All
AndroidTV
- Open the Play Store
- Select My Apps at the top
- Under Updates available, select the DIRTVision app or Update All
Roku
- Go to Home menu
- Select the DIRTVision app
- Press the Star Button (*) on your remote
- Select Check for updates
- Download the latest app build
- Press OK
Amazon fireTV
- Go to Home screen
- Select Apps (three squares and a plus sign) on the right side of the horizontal menu
- Highlight the DIRTVision app
- On the remote, press the button with three horizontal lines
- Select More Info
- Select Update beside the Open button
XboxOne
- Press the Xbox button to open the guide
- Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Updates
- Select Automatically update games and apps
Samsung
- Press the Smart Hub button
- Select Featured.
- Navigate to the DIRTVision app, then press and hold the Enter button until a sub menu appears.
- Select Update apps
- Click Select All
- Select Update
Verify Your Account
Log into your account using our new passwordless authentication to verify your access.
Web
- Click SIGN IN or LOGIN in the upper right corner.
- Enter your account email address.
- You will receive an email with a DIRTVision Verification Code.
- Enter the verification code.
- Once you are logged in, click on the featured DIRTVision Rapid Replay to confirm that you have access to your FAST PASS subscription.
Mobile Apps and Devices
- Click LOGIN on the bottom right of the screen.
- Enter your account email address.
- You will receive an email with a DIRTVision Verification Code.
- Enter the verification code.
- Once you are logged in, click on the featured DIRTVision Rapid Replay to confirm that you have access to your FAST PASS subscription.
TV Apps
- Click LOGIN in the left navigation.
- Enter your account email address.
- You will receive an email with a DIRTVision Verification Code.
- Enter the verification code.
- Once you are logged in, click on the featured DIRTVision Rapid Replay to confirm that you have access to your FAST PASS subscription.
Retrieve Your Account Email
Double check to make sure you are logging in with the correct account email. See below for instructions on how to retrieve the account email associated with the app you used to purchase your subscription or register for your account.
iPhone
- Open Settings
- Tap Mail
- Select Accounts
- Tap an account, like iCloud or Gmail, to see the email address
Apple Device
- Open Settings
- Tap your name
- Tap Sign-in & Security
AppleTV
- Go to Settings > Accounts and look under your name to see what Apple ID (email) the device is logged into
Android Device
- Open the Settings app
- Scroll down and select Accounts or Accounts & Sync
- Select Accounts
- Select an email account to view its settings and details
AndroidTV
- Log in to your Google account using the on-screen keyboard on your remote:
- Use the arrow buttons on your remote to navigate the on-screen keyboard
- Press the center button to select
- Enter your password and select NEXT
- If you've successfully logged in, the email address you used will appear next to the Google icon
Roku
- Press the Home button. on your Roku remote.
- Scroll up or down and select Settings.
- Select System.
- Select About to view the email address.
fireTV
- The email address associated with a Fire TV is the same email address used to sign into the Amazon account.
- Use a computer or tablet web browser to go to your Amazon account
- Select Manage Your Content and Devices
- Select the Devices tab
- Look for the Fire TV listed
XboxOne
- Press the Xbox button to open the guide
- Select Profile & system
- Select Settings
- Select Account
- Select Sign-in, security & PIN
- Under Show on Home, the email address or phone number used to sign in will be displayed
Samsung
- Sign in to your Samsung account on your TV
- Select Settings
- Select All Settings
- Select General & Privacy
- Select System Manager
- Select Samsung Account
